摘要
电力调度运行直接关系着电力系统工作的安全与否。随着科学技术的发展,我国电网建设也正在不断的发展,电网建设关系着百姓的生活质量和企业的生产运行,且由于电力系统中,电力调度运行系统本身存在着一定的特殊性,由于人为或者电力系统的原因,常会出现各种各样的安全问题和风险。如果不及时对电力调度的安全风险进行预防和控制,会直接影响我国电力调度运行的效率,影响我国电力系统的安全。严重的则会导致电力系统的瘫痪,给人们的日常生活和企业生产需要带来严重的不良影响。
the operation of power dispatching is directly related to the safety of power system. With the development of science and technology, the construction of power grid in our country is developing constantly. The construction of power grid is related to the quality of life and the production and operation of enterprises. A variety of safety problems and risks often occur due to man-made or power system reasons. If the security risk of power dispatching is not prevented and controlled in time, it will directly affect the efficiency of power dispatching and the security of power system in China. What’s serious can lead to a breakdown of the power system. In 2003, it brought serious adverse effects to people’s daily life and enterprise’s production needs.
