摘要
体育教学是我国初中教育阶段的重要课程。其发挥着其他学科无法替代的重要作用,体育学科能够帮助学生增强体质,培养学生良好的运动习惯,促进学生身心健康发展。初中生正处于黄金发育时期,这一阶段的学生活泼好动。教师需要稍加引导,学生便能够主动自觉的参与体育训练,从而完成课堂教学目标。田径训练是初中体育的主要内容,教师在开展田径训练时应结合学生的身体素质、特点、实际情况设计训练计划,对训练强度以及训练量做好合理科学的规划,不断调整教学方法,从而促进教学质量的全面提升。本文将结合多个人方面进行分析,如何开展初中田径训练教学,科学合理的把握训练强度与训练量。
physical education teaching is an important course in education stage of junior middle school in China. It plays an important role that cannot be replaced by other subjects. Physical education can help students improve their physical fitness, cultivate their good sports habits and promote their physical and mental health development. Junior high school students are in the golden age of development. Teachers need a little guidance, so that students can actively and consciously participate in physical training, so as to achieve classroom teaching objectives. Track and field training is the main content of the junior middle school sports, when the teacher in the training of track and field in combination with the practical situation of students' physical quality, features, design training program, the intensity and volume of training to do reasonable scientific planning, adjust teaching methods, so as to promote the comprehensive promotion of teaching quality. This paper will analyze how to carry out junior middle school track and field training teaching by combining multiple personal aspects, and grasp the training intensity and training quantity scientifically and reasonably.
