在施工管理的过程中,在市政工程施工的时候对其现场进行有效的管理是很重要的,这个管理过程尽管看起来容易,不过其作用很大,对工程项目的质量和整体水平都有一定的联系。市政工程是比较特殊的一种工程项目,和其他的工程项目都有联系,工程项目的管理措施也有一定的差别。因此,管理人员要明确自己的工作,在进行管理的过程中,对管理模式不断的完善和创新,保证企业的可持续发展。
In the process of construction management, it is very important to carry out effective management on the site of municipal engineering during construction.
