摘要
血管的三维重建可以显示重叠的组织结构和血管腔,提供了正常组织、肿瘤和血管较全面的三维空间关系,使得医学界对人体组织的研究不在拘泥于平面,而是能够根据一些切面信息来构建人体组织得三维模型,对医学研究具有重大意义。本文以血管三维重建为研究对象,利用曲线拟合、两点距离公式,建立了血管三维模型,通过血管三维模型分别求得管道半径、中轴线和投影图像。
Three-dimensional reconstruction of blood vessels can display overlapping tissue structure and vascular lumen,which provides a more comprehensive three-dimensional spatial relationship among normal tissues,tumors and blood vessels.So that medical research on human tissue is not confined to the plane,it is great significance to medical research.In this paper,a three-dimensional vascular model was established,through which the radius of the tube,the axis of the tube and the projection image were obtained.
