摘要
高校作为重要的人才培养和科学研究机构,通过新媒体发布网络新闻已经成为开展宣传工作的基本手段。网络新闻档案是新闻发布者对各种事件和工作的宣传报道过程中形成的历史记录,具有很强的历史资料价值、文化教育价值和凭证价值。高校网络新新闻档案管理存在着档案意识整体淡薄、管理标准规范缺失、人员缺少专业素养等问题。要通过提高有关人员新闻档案意识、采用科学分类方法、提升档案技术水平、提高人员专业素质、加强新闻档案利用等途径促进高校网络新闻档案管理水平提升。
as an important talent training and scientific research institution,colleges and universities have become the basic means to carry out propaganda work by publishing network news through new media.The network news file is the historical record formed by the news publisher in the process of propagating and reporting all kinds of events and work.It has very strong historical material value,cultural education value and voucher value.There are some problems in the management of new network news archives in colleges and universities,such as the weak awareness of archives,the lack of standards and norms of management,the lack of professional accomplishment of personnel and so on.It is necessary to improve the awareness of news archives of relevant personnel,adopt scientific classification methods,improve the technical level of archives,improve the professional quality of personnel,and strengthen the news.The use of archives and other ways to promote the management level of network news archives in colleges and universities.
