摘要
目的采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价江西省人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者(PLWHA)心理与自杀行为等问题及其影响因素,为提高PLWHA心身健康提供参考依据。方法于2018年4-6月,采用方便取样方法,在前来江西省抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)定点医院检测CD4+T细胞数的的PLWHA中随机抽85例进行基本情况和SCL-90调查,并对数据进行分析。结果江西省PLWHA的SCL-90总分及因子分均高于常模(P<0.05)。不同年龄、婚姻状况及文化程度PLWHA的SCL-90总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析提示,自杀意念、自杀未遂是SCL-90总分的独立影响因素(P<0.05),9个因子均分在不同自杀状况下差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论江西省PLWHA心理状况差于普通人群,亟需专业心理干预,尤其是应尽早干预有自杀意念及自杀未遂者。
[Objective]To evaluate the psychological and suicidal behavior of people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA)in Jiangxi Province by the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),analyze the influencing factors,improve the basis for improving the physical and mental health of this group.[Methods]From April to June in 2018,85 cases of PLWHA who received the CD4+T cell count detection in antiretroviral therapy(ART)designated hospitals in Jiangxi Province were randomly collected by the convenient cluster sampling,and were investigated with SCL-90 and basic situation survey.The data were analyzed.[Results]The total score of SCL-90 and factor scores in PLWHA of Jiangxi Province were higher than norms(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in total score of SCL-90 among different groups in age,marital status,educational level(P<0.05).Multiariable logistic regression showed that the suicide ideation and attempted suicide were the independent influencing factors of total score of SCL-90(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in mean scores of nine subscales among different suicide status(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The mental health level of PLWHA in Jiangxi Province is lower than the general population.It is urgent to carry out the professional psychological intervention,especially early intervention to those with suicidal ideation and attempted suicide.
