绿色发展产业体系是现代化经济体系的重要组成部分,其核心目标是形成人与自然和谐发展现代化建设新格局。构建绿色产业体系的目的不单只是追求环保,更重要的是在生态系统中构建高效稳定运行的复合生态系统。随着“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念渗透到经济社会发展的各个方面,构建绿色发展产业体系成为张掖经济社会转型升级的迫切需求。
