摘要
加强中职院校的基层党建工作,对提升学校党建工作的质量、推进中职教育事业和学生的全面发展都有着重要的作用。在新形势下,基层党建要用从严从实的态度抓组织工作、以德树人的核心观点抓思想建设,同时,要贯彻落实党员队伍的规范化、制度化、程序化。加强党建工作,实现中职院校的基层党建价值,要坚持政治挂帅,统领基层党建布局工作;发挥先锋作用,构筑学习型整体氛围;突出德育建设,关注教师成长,促进学生全面发展。
Strengthening Party building at the grass-roots level in secondary vocational schools plays an important role in improving the quality of Party building in schools and promoting the overall development of secondary vocational education and students.Under the new situation,grassroots Party building should focus on organizational work with a strict attitude,ideological construction with the core point of view of morality,and at the same time,implement the standardization,institutionalization and proceduralization of the ranks of Party members.To strengthen Party building and realize the value of Party building at the grass-roots level in secondary vocational colleges,we should adhere to political leadership and lead the layout of Party building at the grass-roots level;play a pioneering role to build a leaming-oriented overall atmosphere;highlight moral education construction,pay attention to the growth of teachers and promote the all-round development of students.
