摘要
传统的以学科理论为导向的知识体系与实际岗位需求存在差距,笔者基于工作过程系统化的视角对其进行了改革,由传统的学科体系转变为行动体系,教学方法和考核方式也做出相应的改变,取得了较好的效果。
There is a gap between the traditional knowledge system guided by discipline theory and the actual job demand.Based on the systematic perspective of work process,the author has reformed the traditional knowledge system into action system,and the teaching methods and assessment methods have also changed accordingly,and achieved good results.
