摘要
年径流总量控制率是我国海绵城市建设的一个重要指标,采用模型软件计算该指标是行业发展的一个趋势。通过构造一个无下渗能力的极端特殊案例,证明年径流总量控制率和开发后雨量径流系数之和并不为1。基于该案例模型模拟结果和《浙江省海绵城市规划设计导则(试行)》定义,计算各LID设施或设施链的年径流总量控制率,并和《海绵城市建设技术指南》容积法计算结果相比。由于计算原理的不同,模型法计算得到的年径流总量控制率只能用于单个LID设施或设施链,未经LID设施处理的不透水子汇水区年径流总量控制率为0。
Volume capture ratio of annual rainfall is an important index for the construction of sponge city in China.Using of model software to calculate this index is a trend in the development of sponge city.By constructing a special case without infiltration capacity,it is proved that the sum of volume capture ratio of annual rainfall and post-development pluviometric runoff coefficient is not one.Based on the simulation results of the case model and the index definition of Zhejiang sponge city planning and design guidelines(trail),the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall of each LID facility or facility chain is calculated and compared with the results of volume method in the Sponge city construction technical guide.Due to the different calculation principles,the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall calculated by the model method can only be used for a single LID facility or facility chain.The volume capture ratio of annual rainfall of the impervious subcatchment,which is not disconnected by the LID facilities,is zero.
