摘要
目的探讨集束化管理预防重症监护病房获得性肌无力(ICU-AW)的护理效果。方法选取156例ICU重症患儿随机分为两组各78例,对照组采用常规护理管理模式,观察组采用集束化护理管理模式,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的肌力分级显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肌无力症状缓解时间、机械通气时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组,ICU-AW发生率及VAP发生率均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论集束化管理在预防ICU获得性肌无力中效果显著。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of cluster management in preventing intensive care unit acquired weakness(ICU-AW). Methods 156 cases of severe children in ICU were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 78 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management mode, while the observation group received cluster nursing management mode. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the muscle strength grading of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05). The remission time of myasthenia symptom, mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the incidence of ICU-AW and incidence of VAP were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P <0.05). Conclusions Cluster management has significant effect in prevention of ICU-AW.
