摘要
现阶段,在我国社会快速发展和进步的过程中,人们的生活质量得到良好的提高,身体素质的提升成为人们关注的重点,而在这其中跆拳道是备受广大青少年关注的一项运动内容,其不仅仅能够锻炼青少年的身体素质,更能够作为一种防身技能,为青少年带来安全保障。现代社会中,跆拳道运动的普及性很高,很多青少年在业余时间都选择学习跆拳道,因此其逐渐成为了青少年的一个爱好,而在训练的过程中,还需要关注训练的方法,避免青少年受伤,因此本文分析青少年跆拳道训练方法,希望能够有效促进其健康成长。
at present,in the process of rapid development and progress of our society,people's quality of life has been improved well,and the improvement of physical quality has become the focus of people's attention.Among them taekwondo is a sport which attracts the attention of the youth.It can not only exercise the physical quality of the teenagers but also as a defensive skill to promote the healthy growth of young people.In modern society,the popularity of taekwondo is very high,many teenagers choose to study taekwondo in their spare time,so it has gradually become a hobby of teenagers,and in the process of training,we also need to pay attention to the methods of training.To avoid fewer young people Therefore,this paper analyzes the training methods of young taekwondo,hoping to promote their healthy growth.
