摘要
对不同变形率终轧及热处理(包括预备热处理)工艺下钼板显微组织和硬度进行研究。结果表明,前期轧制变形率为78%~82%,经过1230℃~1300℃下预备热处理,终轧变形量在12%左右,经过48h×1850℃下最终热处理后,钼板出现均匀的超大再结晶组织,在高温(1800℃以上)不变形,能够满足蓝宝石长晶炉的需要。
In this paper,the microstructure and hardness of molybdenum plate under different deformation rate finishing rolling and heat treatment(including preliminary heat treatment)are studied.The results showed that the rolling deformation rate is 78%~82%in the early stage,the preliminary heat treatment is conducted at 1230℃~1300℃,the final rolling deformation is about 12%,and the microstructure and hardness are studied.After the final heat treatment at 48h×1850℃,the molybdenum plate shows uniform super large recrystallization structure and does not deform at high temperature(above 1800℃),which can meet the needs of sapphire furnace.
