摘要
在产业化生产大规格铍铜合金铸锭的熔铸过程中,铍铜合金造渣量大,容易出现夹渣、气孔、裂纹等缺陷;为了防止这些缺陷的产生,提高铸锭质量,通过对缺陷进行分析,提出了改进措施和常用的工艺方法。
During the process of industrial production of large size beryllium copper alloy ingot casting,beryllium copper alloy has a large amount of slag making and is prone to slag inclusion,porosity,crack and other defects.In order to prevent these defects and improve the quality of ingots,the improvement measures and common process methods are put forward by analyzing the defects.
