摘要
自升式平台桩腿插桩深度的预测对保证风电安装作业的安全具有重要指导意义,而插桩深度的预测依赖于地基土极限承载力的计算。目前国内较为主流的地基极限承载力计算公式来自于《海洋井场调查规范》,但风电安装船与钻井平台在工作性质上存在较大差异性,前者具有“快插、快拔”的特性。另外,海底土性质不同,承载力公式所包含的参数选取也有很大差异。文章通过《SNAME》和《海洋井场调查规范》,选取两种不同的公式,计算每个土层的地基承载力,得到桩腿的入泥深度,并与实际插深相结合进行相关性分析。此外文中还对这两种公式进行计算机程序编制,从而更为便利的计算不同土质插桩深度。本次插桩深度的研究可为以后的工程实践提供一定借鉴作用。
It is very significance that predicting the plug-in depth of pile about the jack-up vessel to ensure the operation safety to install the wind turbine,and the plug-in depth of pile prediction depends on the calculation of ultimate bearing capacity of foundation soil.At present,the mainstream formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of foundation in China comes from Mobile Offshore Drilling Units Site Surveys,but there are great differences in the working nature between wind turbine installation vessel and drilling platform,the former has the characteristics of the"quick plug,pull out".In addition,the seabed soil properties are different,the selection of parameters contained in the bearing capacity formula is also very different.Through the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and the Mobile Offshore Drilling Units Site Surveys,two different formulas are selected to calculate the foundation bearing capacity of each soil layer to get the plug-in depth of pile,and a correlation analysis is carried out with actual penetration depth.In addition,the two formulas are programmed by computer,which makes it more convenient to calculate the plug-in depth of pile in different soils.The study of plug-in depth of pile can provide some reference for future engineering practice.
