摘要
为探讨强直性脊柱炎患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中诱导蛋白10(IP-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)mRNA水平及意义。选取强直性脊柱炎患者92例(观察组),其中稳定期42例,活动期50例;同时选取健康体检者100例作为对照组,采用RT-PCR检测PBMC中IP-10、IFN-γ和IL-4mRNA表达。观察组PBMC中IP-10、IFN-γ和IL-4mRNA相对表达量分别为明显高于对照组;观察组活动期患者PBMC中IP-10、IFN-γ和IL-4mRNA相对表达量分别明显高于稳定期;观察组患者ASDAS评分、IP-10、IFN-γ和IL-4mRNA相对表达量与ASDAS评分呈正相关。结果显示强直性脊柱炎患者PBMC中IP-10、IFN-γ和IL-4mRNA表达明显升高,与病情程度有一定关系。
To investigate the levels and significance of inducible protein 10 (IP-10),interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.92 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were selected as the observation group,including 42 patients in the stable stage and 50 patients in the active stage,and 100 healthy people were selected as the control group,RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of IP-10,IFN-γ and IL-4 mRNA in PBMC.The relative expression levels of IP-10,IFN-γ and IL-4 mRNA in PBMC of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group;The relative expression levels of IP-10,IFN-γ and IL-4 mRNA in PBMC of active patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in stable patients;The ASDAS score in the observation group and the expression of IP-10,IFN-γ_and IL-4 mRNA were positively correlated with ASDAS score.The expression of IP-10,IFN-_and IL-4 in PBMC of patients with ankylosing spondylitis is significantly increased,which is related to the severity of the disease.
