金属3DP法三维打印水基黏结剂体系的研究

摘要 为了拓展3DP法三维打印技术的应用,介绍了金属3DP法两种常用的黏结方式,并选择水基黏结剂体系用于不锈钢粉末的3DP打印试验,研究了所采用的聚乙烯醇(PVA)和淀粉两种黏性粉末以及所喷射溶液的有关特性。结果表明,加热到约240℃时,PVA开始分解,加热到约280℃时,淀粉开始分解,加热到约600℃时,两者都基本分解完成。黏性粉末烧损后极少量的残留物中只含C、H和O三种元素。不锈钢粉末中添加10wt%PVA和2wt%淀粉得到的混合粉末具有较好的流动性,能够得到平整光滑的铺粉表面。以80vol%水与20vol%乙醇为溶剂添加少量聚乙烯吡咯烷酮配制得到的喷射溶液,其黏度和表面张力均在3DP技术适用溶液的参考值范围内,得到的打印层无翘曲变形。最后采用该水基黏结剂体系得到了质量较好的打印坯。 In order to expand the application of 3DP method of 3D printing technology,two kinds of common bonding methods in metal 3DP were introduced,and the water-based binder system was selected for 3DP printing of stainless steel powder.The related characteristics were studied for two sticky powders of Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA) and starch along with the jetted solution.The results show that when they are heated,PVA begins to decompose at about 240 ℃,starch begins to decompose at about 280 ℃,and all two sticky powders decompose almost completely at about 600 ℃.The farthing residue of the sticky powders by burning contains only three elements of C,H and O.The mixed powder resulted from adding 10 wt% PVA and 2 wt% starch to stainless steel powder has a good flowability,and the flat and smooth layer surface can be resulted by laying powder.The viscosity and surface tension of the jetted solution,prepared by adding a little PVP to the solvent of 80 vol% water and 20 vol% alcohol,are within the range of reference values of the solution suitable for 3DP technology.The printed layers used this solution can cause no warpage and deformation.Finally,blanks with good quality are printed by using the water-based binder system above.
