摘要
目的:探讨热休克蛋白HSP90α和HSP90β在骨肉瘤中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测90例骨肉瘤组织和21例癌旁组织中HSP90α和HSP90β的表达,并分析其与骨肉瘤临床病理特征的关系。结果:在骨肉瘤组织中,HSP90α和HSP90β的阳性表达率分别为57.78%和77.78%,均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。HSP90α高表达与骨肉瘤Enneking外科分期相关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤位置无关(P>0.05)。HSP90β高表达与骨肉瘤Enneking外科分期相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤位置无关(P>0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,HSP90α和HSP90β在骨肉瘤中协同表达(r=0.247,P<0.05)。结论:HSP90α和HSP90β在骨肉瘤组织中共同表达上调,可能作为骨肿瘤潜在的诊断和治疗靶点。
Objective:To investigate the expression of HSP90αand HSP90βin osteosarcoma tissue and its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of HSP90αand HSP90βprotein in 90 osteosarcoma specimens and 21 tumor-adjacent normal tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationships between HSP90α,HSP90βand the clinicopathologic features of osteosarcoma were analyzed.Results:Among 90 cases,the positive expressions of HSP90αand HSP90βwere detected in 57.78%and 77.78%respectively.The expression of HSP90αand HSP90βin the cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in the tumor-adjacent normal tissue(P<0.05).The positive expression of HSP90αwas correlated with Enneking surgical staging(P<0.05),but not correlated with the gender,age and tumor location(P>0.05).The positive expression of HSP90βwas correlated with Enneking surgical staging(P<0.05),but not correlated with the gender,age and tumor location(P>0.05).Spearman rank correlation showed that HSP90αand HSP90βwere significantly correlated with each other(r=0.247,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of HSP90αand HSP90βare high in osteosarcoma,indicating that HSP90αand HSP90βmight be used as the potential diagnostic and therapeutic target for osteosarcoma.
