摘要
以沈阳建筑大学正门为例,研究和改进沈阳建筑大学正门人脸识别系统的交互设计。通过人机工程学和情感交互设计的思维和方法,对沈阳建筑大学学生及教职工在通过正门人脸识别系统中存在的问题进行了分析,论述了其中存在的用户需求矛盾,以及交互设计深层理论中的“认知摩擦”问题。可以顺利通过人脸识别系统,进入沈阳建筑大学的学生及教职工仅占27%。针对这些问题,提出了利用人机工程学设计标准和尼尔森的状态可见原则来引导增强用户收到的行为反馈,构建交互式人脸识别系统的设计思路。
To study and improve the interactive design of face recognition system for the main entrance of Shenyang Architectural University,taking the main entrance of Shenyang Architectural University as an example.Through the thinking and method of ergonomics and emotional interaction design,the problems existing in the front-door face recognition system of Shenyang Architectural University students and faculty members were analyzed,and the contradictions between user needs and the"cognitive friction"in the deep theory of interaction design were discussed.Only 27%of the students and faculty members entered Shenyang Architectural University successfully through the face recognition system.To solve these problems,an interactive face recognition system based on ergonomics design criteria and Nielsen's state visibility principle is proposed.
