摘要 胎压监测是汽车安全行驶的重要保障因素,大卡车由于车身长以及货物量等阻碍原因,导致胎压检测中的无线传输信号需要中继才能较好的实现对各轮胎的胎压集中检测与处理。本文基于大卡车胎压检测与远程报警的需要,设计了一套智能胎压远程监测与报警系统。系统以STC89C52为主控芯片,采用BMP180作为胎压传感器模块、AT24C02作为存储芯片、RF433无线收发模块作为胎压信号采集、中继和集中处理的信号传输、LCD1602作为显示模块、以2G模块SIM800C作为远程通讯模块等,通过软件设计完成出具有本端车载声光报警、信号中继加强、远程短信报警和数据管理分析的智能胎压监测器。 Tire pressure monitoring is an important guarantee factor for safe driving of automobiles. Due to the hindrance of body length and cargo volume of large trucks, the wireless transmission signals in tire pressure detection need to be relayed in order to better realize the centralized detection and processing of tire pressure. In this paper, an intelligent tire pressure remote monitoring and alarm system is designed based on the need of tire pressure detection and remote alarm of large trucks. The system uses STC89C52 as the main control chip, BMP180 as the tire pressure sensor module, AT24C02 as the memory chip, RF433 wireless transceiver module as the tire pressure signal acquisition, relay and centralized processing of signal transmission, LCD1602 as the display module, SIM800C as the remote communication module, etc. Through software design, the intelligent tire pressure monitor with vehicle-borne sound and light alarm, signal relay enhancement, remote short message alarm and data management analysis is completed.
