摘要
为了提高粉煤灰基聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂的产品质量,改进生产工艺,采用响应曲面法对以粉煤灰为主要原料制备聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂(PSAF)的工艺参数进行优化试验,研究了二氧化硅浓度、酸灰比、活化时间、活化温度、熟化时间、熟化温度、n(Al+Fe)/n(Si)(铝铁硅比)、n(Al)/n(Fe)(铝铁比)等因素对絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响.结果显示:该法建立的2FI模型回归项极显著(P=0.0108),复相关系数R2为0.8625,模型选择合理.二氧化硅浓度为1.5%、酸灰比为1.8、活化时间为60min、活化温度为40℃、熟化时间为138min、熟化温度为83℃、n(Al+Fe)/n(Si)为0.86、n(Al)/n(Fe)为13.5时,所得絮凝剂对絮凝效果最好,对腐殖酸模拟废水COD去除率可以达到96%以上.
In order to improve the quality of fly ash based polysilicate-aluminum-ferric flocculan(t PSAF),the response surface method was used to optimize the process parameters on preparation of PSAF with fly ash as the main raw material. We studied the effect of silica concentration,acid ratio,activation time,activation temperature,curing time,curing temperature,aluminum silicon ratio and aluminum iron ratio on the flocculating effect of flocculant with the PSAF. The results showed that the regression term of 2FI model established by this method was very significant(P=0.010 8),the complex correlation coefficient R2 was 0.862 5,and the model selection was reasonable. When the silica concentration was 1.5%,acid ash ratio was 1.8,activation temperature was 40 ℃,activation time was 60 min,curing time was 138 min, curing temperature was 83 ℃,n(Al+Fe)/n(Si)was 0.86,and n(Al)/n(Fe)was 13.5,the flocculating agent had the best flocculation effect and the removal rate of COD for simulated humic acid wastewater can be up to 96%.
