血钾浓度与代谢综合征的相关性

摘要 目的研究血钾浓度与代谢综合征(MS)的相关性。方法纳入参与辽宁省沈阳市城区动脉硬化及其相关疾病调查的居民,对其进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查,依据国际糖尿病联盟诊断标准将其分为MS组及非MS(NMS)组。分析血钾浓度与MS的相关性。结果共纳入2169名35~64周岁的居民。MS组血钾浓度低于NMS组[分别为(4.18±0.31)mmol/L和(4.46±0.45)mmol/L,P<0.001]。随着MS组成因素增多,血钾浓度呈下降趋势。在仅有1个MS组成因素的女性中,血压、血脂、血糖升高者的血钾浓度降低(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,低血钾者更易患MS。结论血钾浓度与MS呈负相关,随着血钾浓度的降低,发生MS的可能性增加。 Objective To explore the correlation between serum potassium level and metabolic syndrome( MS).Methods Patients from Shenyang city,Liaoning province undergoing examination for arteriosclerosis and related diseases were selected for this study.After completing a questionnaire and undergoing a physical examination and laboratory tests,participants were divided into a metabolic syndrome( MS) group and a non-MS( NMS) group according to International Diabetes Federation diagnostic criteria.Groups were then compared to identify correlations between serum potassium level and MS.Results A total of 2 169 residents aged 35-64 years were included. Serum potassium levels in the MS group were lower than those in the NMS group( 4.18±0.31 vs 4.46±0.45 mmol/L,P < 0.001).With increasing severity of MS symptoms,serum potassium level showed a decreasing trend.Among women with only one indication of MS,serum potassium level was lower in those with high blood pressure,high cholesterol,and/or high glucose( P < 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that patients with hypokalemia were more susceptible to MS.Conclusion Serum potassium level appears to correlate negatively with MS,suggesting that individuals with lower serum potassium level are more prone to suffer MS.
