摘要
目的观察腹腔镜胆囊切除胆道探查术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果。方法选取160例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者,随机分为两组,对照组(80例)采用传统开腹手术进行治疗,治疗组(80例)采用腹腔镜胆囊切除胆道探查术进行治疗。结果治疗组术中、术后恢复情况优于对照组;治疗组并发症情况少于对照组(5.00%<31.25%);治疗组术后2周、1月、2月生活质量高于对照组,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除胆道探查术对于治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石具有显著的临床效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stones combined with total bile duct stones.Methods 160 patients with gallbladder stones combined with total bile duct stones were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(80 cases)was treated with traditional open abdomen surgery,and the treatment group(80 cases)was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results The recovery in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Complications in treatment group were less than control group(5.00%<31.25%);The quality of life in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group in 2 weeks,January and February after surgery,P<0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and choledocholithiasis has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of gallstones complicated with choledocholithiasis.
