摘要
目的分析影像科医院感染管理策略对管理工作的影响。方法医院影像科在2018年1月开始针对科室医院感染的危险因素进行分析并对各环节工作进行改进,规范各方面的操作流程与标准,并将2018年全年科室医院感染发生率和2017年进行对比,评价强化管理的应用效果。结果2018年影像科医院感染发生率明显低于2017年(P<0.05)。结论强化管理能够有效降低影像科医院感染的发生率,从而减少交叉感染的出现,提高医院卫生管理效果。
Objective To analyze the influence of nosocomial infection management strategy on management work in imaging department.Methods In January 2018,the hospital imaging department began to analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection in departments and improve the work of each link,standardize the operation process and standards in various aspects,and compare the incidence of nosocomial infection in departments in 2018 with that in 2017 to evaluate the application effect of enhanced management.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in imaging department in 2018 was significantly lower than that in 2017 (P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive management can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in imaging department,so as to reduce the occurrence of cross infection and improve the effect of hospital health management.
