摘要
目的探究临床护理路径在口腔颌面部损伤患者护理中的临床应用效果.方法选取2017年6月-2018年10月于我院治疗的120例口腔颌面部损伤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各60例.对照组施以临床常规护理,在常规护理基础上,观察组施以临床护理路径护理,比较两组患者的应用效果.结果观察组患者的健康知识知晓度高于对照组,住院时间低于对照组,总满意率高于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在口腔颌面部损伤患者中的应用临床护理路径,可提高患者健康知识知晓度和护理满意度,有助于病情恢复.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with oral and maxillofacial injury. Methods 120 patients with oral and maxillofacial injuries treated in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine clinical nursing. On the basis of routine nursing, the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway nursing. The application effect of the two groups was compared. Results The awareness of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time was lower than that in the control group. The total satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with oral and maxillofacial injury can improve the awareness of patients' health knowledge and nursing satisfaction, and help patients recover.
