摘要
为了大幅减少巷道掘进率,降低生产成本,提高煤炭资源回收率,延长矿井服务年限,陕西陕煤黄陵矿业有限公司与中国矿业大学(北京)深部岩土力学与地下工程国家重点实验室合作,在公司所属瑞能煤矿实施了切顶卸压自动成巷的无煤柱开采技术。该技术基于“切顶短臂梁”理论,对计划留巷采用恒阻大变形锚索加强支护,在留巷的工作面一侧实施预裂爆破切顶,切断部分顶板的矿山压力传递,卸载因悬顶对留巷顶板压力,实现自动成巷。实践证明,切顶卸压沿空自动成巷技术,解放了工作面间的护巷煤柱,提高了采煤工作面资源回收率,减轻了地表不均匀沉陷引起的地表环境资源损害等灾害问题。
In order to greatly reduce the tunneling rate,reduce production cost,increase the recovery rate of coal resources,and extend the service life of mine,Huangling Mining Company,in cooperation with State Key Laboratory of Geotechnical Mechanics and Underground Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing),has implemented the mining technology without coal pillar of automatic roof-cutting and pressure-relief roadway-forming in Ruineng Coal Mine.Based on the theory of“roof cutting short arm beam”,the technology adopts constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable to strengthen support,implements roof cutting by pre-splitting blasting,and realizes automatic roadway formation.Practice shows that the automatic roadway formation technology by roof cutting and pressure relief cancels the coal pillar between working faces,improves the recovery rate of resources in mining faces,and reduces the damage of surface environment caused by uneven surface subsidence.
