摘要
目的:探讨驼乳对2型糖尿病小鼠肝脏损伤的保护作用。方法:高糖、高脂联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导2型糖尿病小鼠模型,将造模成功的小鼠随机分为模型组、病理组、驼乳组。灌胃4周后,检测各组小鼠血清中三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA),及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)水平;采用HE染色光镜观察肝脏组织的病理变化。结果:与模型组相比,驼乳能有效缓解糖尿病小鼠的症状,明显降低血清TG、TC、LDL-c的水平。增加SOD、CAT的活力,降低MDA水平,并能改善肝脏的病理变化。结论:驼乳具有改善糖尿病小鼠肝脏功能,改善肝脏氧化应激和改善血脂代谢的作用,对2型糖尿病造成的肝脏损害具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of camel milk on liver in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice. Methods: Diabetes mold of C57BL/6 mice were constructed by high fat diet and combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin. The model mice were divided into three groups, normal control group (NC), diabetic control group (DC), camel milk group (CM). At the end of the experiment (4 weeks), serum TC, TG, HDL-c and LDL-c levels and the activity of SOD, MDA were tested respectively. The activities of SOD, CAT and MDA in the liver homogenates of each group and the liver tissue pathology were determined. Results: Compared with the model group, camel milk effectively relieved symptoms of 2 diabetic mices, decreased the levels of TG, TC, LDL-c, MDA, enhanced the activity of CAT and SOD, and could improve the pathological changes of type 2 diabetes mice liver. Conclusion: Camel milk can improve the liver function of type 2 diabetes mice, has a significantly protective effect on liver damage caused by type 2 diabetes.
