电站锅炉钢结构常见缺陷及原因 被引量:1

摘要 燃煤电站锅炉设备在运行中大多要承受高温、高压等高负荷的作用,锅炉钢结构作为支撑整个电站锅炉设备的受力结构,在锅炉机组运行过程中一方面承载着锅炉受热面、四大管道、内部汽水介质、预热器等设备的荷载;另一方面还承担了地震及风荷载等自然条件给予的水平力作用;以及锅炉机组运行过程中产生的疲劳荷载。这些都对电站锅炉钢结构的稳定性和安全性造成很大的影响,如果不能保证锅炉钢结构的安全性,极有可能导致严重的生产事故,因此必须对电站锅炉钢结构生产安装过程中的缺陷进行研究,并找到相应的应对措施,以保证我国电站安全运行。基于此,文章对电站锅炉钢结构常见的缺陷进行了分析,以了解产生此类缺陷的原因,最后结合实际情况提出了相应的解决措施,希望通过文章的研究能够给相关技术及操作人员一定的借鉴。 Most of the coal-fired power station boiler equipment has to bear the action of high temperature, high pressure and other high load in operation, and the boiler steel structure is used as the force structure to support the whole power station boiler equipment. In the process of boiler unit operation, on the one hand, it carries the load of boiler heating surface, four pipes, internal steam and water medium, preheater and so on. On the other hand, it also bears the horizontal force given by natural conditions such as earthquake and wind load, as well as the fatigue load produced during the operation of boiler units. All these have a great impact on the stability and safety of the steel structure of the utility boiler. If the safety of the steel structure of the boiler cannot be guaranteed, it is very likely to lead to serious production accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to study the defects in the production and installation of the steel structure of the power station boiler, and find the corresponding measures to ensure the safe operation of the power station in our country. Based on this, this paper analyzes the common defects in the steel structure of power station boiler in order to understand the causes of such defects, and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions according to the actual situation. It is hoped that the research of this article can give some reference to the relevant technology and operators.
