摘要 IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)是一种自身免疫性疾病,也是我国导致慢性肾脏疾病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)最常见的病因,有关IgAN的发病机制目前尚不完全清楚。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是近年发现的一系列广泛存在于真核细胞和病毒中能调控基因转录的短链非编码RNA,参与人体的各种生物学过程,包括干细胞分化、胚胎发育、造血、代谢和免疫反应。近年研究表明miRNA广泛参与IgAN的发病并影响其预后,本文就miRNA在IgAN中的研究进展做一综述。 IgA nephropathy(IgAN) is an autoimmune disease and the most common cause of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in China.However,the pathogenesis of IgAN is not fully understood.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short-chain non-coding RNAs that have been found in eukaryotic cells and viruses to regulate gene transcription in recent years and participate in various biological processes in human body.These include stem cell differentiation,embryonic development,hematopoiesis,metabolism,and immune responses.Recent studies have shown that miRNAs are widely involved in the pathogenesis of IgAN and affect its prognosis.This article reviews the research advances of miRNAs in IgAN.
