摘要
目的观察心可舒片治疗房颤合并焦虑状态患者的临床疗效及其对皮质醇和甲状腺素水平的影响。方法入选我院2017年1月至2017年10月收治的房颤合并焦虑状态患者34例,随机分为心可舒治疗组18例及对照组16例,治疗组予以心可舒片口服,观察治疗1月后两组患者的临床症状,并测定治疗前后的皮质醇和甲状腺素水平进行组间对比。结果治疗组患者临床症状较对照组进一步改善,且治疗组皮质醇激素水平较治疗前明显下降,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组T4水平较对照组升高(P<0.05),余甲状腺素水平两组患者差异无统计学意义。结论心可舒片可用于治疗房颤合并焦虑状态的患者,改善症状的同时可降低肾上腺皮质激素皮质醇及升高T4水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinkeshu tablet on atrial fibrillation patients with anxiety state and the level of cortisol.Methods 34 atrial fibrillation patients enrolled in our hospital from January,2016 to August,2017 with anxiety state were randomly divided into two groups:the Xinkeshu tablet group(n=18)and the control group(n=16).The Xinkeshu tablet group was administered with Xinkeshu tablet 4 capsules per time and 3 times per day.The anxiety states were assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Scale before and a month after the treatment in all patients.The levels of cortisol and thyroid hormone were measured at the same time points.Results The anxiety states were improved in the treatment group compared with the control group,and the level of cortisol was significantly decreased and the level of T4 was significantly improved compared with the control group(all P <0.01).Conclusion Applying Xinkeshu tablet on atrial fibrillation patients with anxiety state can improve clinical symptoms and the levels of cortisol and subtype of thyroid hormone.
