摘要
当前,连铸液压系统的设计只侧重于考虑设备的功能要求,而忽略了液压系统效率极低耗能较高的问题。为了说明在设计过程中如何提高连铸液压系统的效率,从液压泵的驱动电机型号、电机负荷率、液压油、系统压力几个方面的分析,阐述了设计原则和方法。最后介绍了最新液压节能技术的应用。
At present, the design of the continuous casting hydraulic system only focuses on considering the functional requirements of the equipment, while ignoring the problem of extremely low efficiency and high energy consumption of the hydraulic system. In order to explain how to improve the efficiency of the continuous casting hydraulic system in the design process, the design principles and methods are described from the aspects of the hydraulic motor’s drive motor model,motor load rate, hydraulic oil, and system pressure. Also introduced the application of the latest hydraulic energy-saving technology.
