摘要
目前,各工程综合处理设备测试平台种类繁多、型号多样。每一类工程设备的测试均需使用对应的测试平台,导致平台各异,不具备通用性,无法满足现阶段和后续工作开展的需求,同时,不符合精益生产的要求。通过分析现阶段存在的问题,研究设计了一款通用型测试平台。使用该通用测试平台,可实现各机型不同工程综合处理设备各项功能指标的全覆盖测试。
At present, there are many kinds and types of test platforms for comprehensive treatment equipment of various projects. Each type of engineering equipment testing needs to use the corresponding test platform, which leads to different platforms, does not have versatility, can not meet the needs of the current stage and follow-up work, at the same time, does not meet the requirements of lean production. By analyzing the existing problems at this stage, a universal testing platform is designed. The universal test platform can be used to realize the full coverage test of various functional indicators of different types of engineering comprehensive treatment equipment.
