摘要
从分析产生曳引机振动的齿槽转矩和纹波转矩入手,分析了电磁噪声产生的原因,并简述了抑制方法。同时简述了产生机械噪声和空气动力噪声的原因及抑制措施。最后试制了样机,通过试验验证了斜槽对曳引机噪声的削弱作用,并验证了随着无齿轮永磁同步曳引机转速的升高,噪声逐渐增大,但要避免曳引机在额定转速范围内可能发生的共振问题。
Starting with the analysis of the cogging torques and ripple torques, which produce the vibration of machine, the causes of electromagnetic noise are analyzed, and the suppression methods are described. At the same time, the causes and suppression measures of mechanical noise and aerodynamic noise are briefly introduced. Finally, the effect of inclined cog slot on noise reduction of machine is verified by experiments of a prototype. It shows that with the increase of speed of gearless permanent magnet synchronous machine, the noise increases gradually, but the resonance that may occur in the rated speed range of machine should be avoided.
