摘要
为了解决模压成型中双面负角铣削刀片顶部和底部刀尖高尺寸一致性的问题,本文通过对双面负角铣削刀片刀尖部分数学模型分析,结合填料过程中粉末的流动特性,提出了一种可实现仿形填料的补偿模具设计方法.推导并建立了模体填料腔的补偿结构及尺寸数学模型,并采用离散元方法对仿形填料过程进行模拟仿真,验证了补偿设计的合理性.结果表明,补偿料槽的高度t、宽度A以及斜面角度θ分别取决于产品高于定位面部分槽型的宽度w、高度l以及它们所形成的倾角γ;对模体进行补偿设计后,实现了产品刀尖高尺寸一致性控制在0.03 mm以内,达到国外同类产品水平.
In order to solve the problem of the height difference between the top and bottom of the double-sided negative milling insert in the mould pressing, the mathematical model of the tip of the double-sided negative milling insert is analyzed,combined with the flow characteristics of the powder in the filling process, and a method to design the compensation mold for the copying packing is proposed. The mathematical model of the compensation structure size of the filling cavity is deduced and established, and the simulation of the process of the copying packing is carried out by the discrete element method, which verifies the rationality of the compensation design. The results show that the height t, width A and bevel angle θ of the storage tank depend on the width w and height l of the groove above the positioning surface and the inclination γ formed by them respectively. After the compensation design of the die body, the height difference of the insert is controlled within 0.03 mm,reaching the level of similar foreign products.
