气囊排气口开启控制方式试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 排气式气囊的排气口开启控制方式一般可以分为压力控制和加速度控制等两种。为研究排气口开启控制方式对气囊缓冲特性的影响,设计了两种排气控制式气囊,建立了回收载荷-气囊系统室内跌落试验平台,并对两种排气控制方式气囊进行跌落试验。试验结果表明,设计的加速度开关工作可靠,加速度控制式气囊实现了两侧排气口同时打开;在带倾角跌落时,加速度控制式气囊的着陆稳定性较好;随着加速度控制式气囊加速度开关阈值的增大,气囊排气口开启时机越晚,排气口开启之前气囊吸收更多的能量,导致气囊内压和冲击加速度增大。 Vented airbags vent opening control modes can generally be divided into two types of pressure control and acceleration one. Here, in order to study effects of vent opening control modes on airbags buffer features, these two control types of airbags were designed, and the recovery load-airbag system indoor drop test platform was built. Drop tests were conducted for two types of airbags. The test results showed that the designed acceleration switches work reliably, acceleration controlled airbags realizes vents in two sides being opened simultaneously;when dropping with inclination, the landing stability of acceleration controlled airbag is better;with increase in the threshold of acceleration switch of acceleration controlled airbag, the later the airbag vent opening, the more energy the airbag absorbs before its vent opening, these cause airbag internal pressure and impact acceleration to increase.
