新时代我国教育发展与教育指标的新建构——兼谈OECD教育指标的借鉴意义 被引量:2

摘要 我国正处在决胜全面建成小康社会、进而全面建设社会主义现代化强国的新时代.新时代中国教育需要有新的发展.建构具有明确性、合理性、并具有内在关联性的教育发展指标,对于教育的新发展具有重要的意义.改革开放以来,我国教育指标建设逐步受到重视,并处在不断建构的过程中.我国教育指标的初步建构对于教育事业的发展已在发挥积极的功能与作用,但存在的问题和不足也不可忽视.对教育指标的新建构,可以本着教育开放发展的新理念,进一步借鉴国际相关先进经验.而OECD教育指标对我国教育指标的新建构具有借鉴意义. China is in the crucial new era of successfully constructing a better-off society and further building a great modern socialist country in a comprehensive way. In this period, the education calls for new development so that it is meaningful to establish educational development indicators which are precise, reasonable and inherently coherent. Since the reform and opening-up, the educational development indicators have gradually received more attention and are now in the process of continuous construction. The set of indicators on China’s education, which have been basically established, have played a significant role in educational development in our country. However, they are problematic and inadequate to some extent, which cannot be ignored. For the future construction of educational indicators, it is essential to embrace the new idea of further implementing reform in education by learning from the advanced experience of other countries. The OECD educational indicators, in this respect, provide a good reference for the future construction of educational indicators in our country.
