摘要
元素成分和冶炼温度是冶金过程中需要控制的两个最重要的参数,决定了产品的质量和性能。通过激光诱导击穿光谱(laser induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS)技术,可以直接对熔融金属的成分进行分析。红外光谱仪测温技术是最具前景的非接触式在线测温技术。介绍了基于LIBS技术和光谱测温技术的联用系统,开展了对铝液成分和温度的同时在线检测实验。分析实验结果得到Al、Fe、Mg、Si、Mn、Cu元素的含量和熔体温度,表明了该系统可以应用于高温环境下的元素成分和温度检测,可为冶金在线检测奠定基础。
The elements composition and the molten metal temperature are the most important parameters to be controlled in the metallurgical process.They determine the quality and performance of metal products.By using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)technology,we can directly analysis the composition of molten metal.Infrared temperature measurement technology is the most promising non-contact online temperature measurement technology.A detection system based on LIBS technology and infrared temperature measurement technology is designed and applied to the aluminum furnace to monitoring the metal liquid compositions and temperature.It can get the contents of Al,Fe,Mg,Si,Mn,Cu and the melt temperature.The test results indicate that the system can be an useful tool for the elemental compositions and the temperature detection in high temperature metallurgical process.
