摘要
随着社会经济及科学技术的快速发展,社会对科学技术专业情报咨询工作人员的需求量逐渐增加。专业情报咨询工作人员能够为科学技术发展提供更多有效可靠的资料。因此,加强情报咨询工作人员的培养至关重要,能够提高图书情报咨询员的工作能力。本文主要分析了专业情报咨询员的人才培养与图书情报索引,以供相关专业人士进行参考。
With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,under the current background,the demand for professional information consulting staff of science and technology is increasing gradually.The profes.sional intelligence consultants can provide more effective and reliable information for scientific and technological de.velopment.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the effective training of intelligence consulting staff,so as to im.prove the working ability of library intelligence consultants.This paper mainly analyzed about the talent training of professional intelligence consultants and the research of library intelligence index for the reference of relevant profes.sionals.
