不同浓度NaCl胁迫对水稻种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:11

摘要 为明确不同浓度NaCl胁迫对水稻种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响,以圣稻19为材料,配制不同浓度的NaCl(80、120、160mmol/L)对水稻种子及幼苗进行胁迫处理,并对水稻种子萌发阶段的发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数、平均萌发时间和幼苗建成阶段的鲜质量、株高、根长进行测定。结果表明:随着NaCl处理浓度的升高,水稻种子的发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数呈递减趋势,平均发芽时间延长;NaCl(80、120、160mmol/L)浸种后第10、第13、第16、第19天的幼苗鲜质量、株高、根长的增加均受到抑制,且与清水对照相比,低浓度NaCl(80mmol/L)处理下种子的发芽势、发芽率、鲜质量、株高差异不显著;高浓度NaCl(160mmol/L)处理下种子的发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数、平均发芽时间、鲜质量、株高均差异显著(P<0.05)。 The goal of this study was to determine the effects of NaCl at different concentrations on rice seed germination and seedling growth.In an experiment conducted in the laboratory,the rice cultivar 'Shengdao 19'.was selected as the experimental material,and NaCl solutions at the concentrations of 80,120,and 160 mmol/L were used to treat the seeds of 'Shengdao 19'.Their effects on rice seed germination were investigated by measuring seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index,and average germination time,while their effects on seedling growth were assessed by measuring the fresh weight,height,and root length of rice seedlings in each treatment.The results showed that with increasing NaCl concentration,the germination potential,germination rate,and germination index of rice seeds all showed a decreasing trend;and the average germination time was prolonged.Relative to the control treatment (water),the treatments with NaCl at the concentrations of 80,120,160 mmol/L all reduced the fresh quality,height,and root length of seedlings at the 10th,13th,16th,and 19th days after seeding.On the other hand,there were no significant differences between the salt treatment at a low concentration (80 mmol/L) and the control in the germination potential and germination rate of seeds,as well as in the fresh weight and height of seedlings.By contrast,there were significant differences between the salt treatment at the high concentration NaCl (160 mmol/L) and the control in the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,and average germination time of seeds,as well as in the fresh quality and height of seedlings.
