摘要 目的:比较分析中国、日本在基因编辑技术领域的国际合作情况及两国之间的异同点。方法:基于SCIE数据库,采用文献计量和社会网络分析法,对SCIE收录论文的发表情况、学科分布、研究热点与前沿、合作网络等进行比较分析。结果:中、日两国在基因编辑技术领域的论文及国际合作论文发表数呈增长态势,但中国增速高于日本,两国的国际合作活跃程度均在逐渐提高,两国在基因编辑技术领域国际合作方面存在较好的契合性,两国各自的国际合作网络规模相似。与美、英等国的合作都较为紧密,网络均具有较好的连通性和传递性,但日本与其网络中的其他国家的合作更为紧密。结论:中国与日本在基因编辑技术领域存在较多相似性,两国可进一步加深合作。 Objective To comparatively analyze the international cooperation papers on gene editing technology between People's Republic of China and Japan.Methods The distribution of disciplines,research hotspots and frontiers,cooperation networks in SCIE-covered papers on gene editing technology were comparatively analyzed by bibliometric analysis and social network analysis respectively.Results The number of papers and international cooperation papers on gene editing technology published by authors of People's Republic of China and Japan showed an increasing trend.However,the number of papers on gene editing technology published by authors of People's Republic of China was greater than that published by authors of Japan.The international cooperation was gradually increased both in People's Republic of China and in Japan.The international cooperation was quite good between the two countries.The scale of international cooperation networks was similar between the two countries.The cooperation on gene editing technology was closer with USA and Britain than with other countries.The connectivity and transitivity of international cooperation networks were rather good.The cooperation between Japan and other countries on international cooperation networks was closer than that between People's Republic of China and other countries on international cooperation networks.Conclusion A number of similarities are existed in papers on gene editing technology between People's Republic of China and Japan,The two countries should further deepen their cooperation in gene editing technology.
