基于UG模型分析的两刃球头铣刀开发与试验

摘要 用球头铣刀加工模具和叶片零件时,球头刃的轮廓度和切削参数决定了零件的精度。采用UG软件对整个球头铣刀的圆弧轮廓度和球头前角进行分析,并结合切削理论找出球头铣刀加工的薄弱点,开发了新结构的球头铣刀,并对模具钢NAK80和叶片材料GH4169进行了切削试验。结果表明:新结构的球头铣刀比原结构更适合模具钢、叶片材料的端铣加工,刀具轮廓精度等级和耐用度更高;在模具加工方面,给出了不同加工精度的切削参数,为模具的高效加工提供参考依据。 During using ball-end mills in machining mould and leaf blade,the precision of work-piece is determined by the edge of ball-end mills and the cutting parameters. In this paper,UG software is used to analyze the contour of the whole ball-end mills and the front angle of the ball part,and combined with the cutting theory,the weak point of the ball-end mills are found out,so a ball-end mill with a new structure is developed.Finally,cutting experiments are carried out on die steel NAK80 and blade material GH4169.The results show that the new structure ball-end mill is more suitable for machining die steel and blade material than the original one.The new ball has higher tool profile accuracy and durability than the original one. In the aspect of mold processing,the different cutting parameters of machining precision are given,which provides reference basis in mold efficient processing.
