"智慧中国"连续拍摄了《智慧星球》《智慧生活》和《智慧前行》三部片子,彰显了中国智慧的数字化对中国社会的改变。当智慧数字中国越来越彰显智慧的时候,民生工程就处在最显著的位置,也是最能彰显智慧中国的数字化亮点工程。在档案领域,数字档案库是记录智慧中国的数字化最佳载体。
