摘要
近年来,从中央到地方政府不断出台针对职业教育的新政策,对职业教育工作者来说既是机遇也是挑战。为了贯彻落实新政策,如何变革现有职业教育以适应新形势的需求,是广大职业教育工作者需要思考的。文章归纳了当前职业教育发展中可能存在的相关问题,以职业教育中的实验教学管理、技能训练模式和校企合作环节三方面为切入点探讨相应的改革举措,希望进一步提高职业教育人才培养水平,适应社会新形势的需求,起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Recently, with the introduction of new policies from the central and local governments for the vocational education, it brings not only opportunities but also challenges to the vocational teachers. They need to consider how to adapt to the demand in the new trend with the reform of practice teaching. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the current vocational education and brings out corresponding measures from the aspects of experimental teaching, skill training and cooperation between schools and enterprises. This may give assistance for improving the level of high-skilled talents training and adapting to the social demand under new circumstance.
