摘要
文章阐述了当前世界各国大型开放式网络课程(Massive Open Online Course,MOOC)的发展情况。美国MOOC是一种有别于传统高等教育的新型营利性高等教育;马来西亚是在全球第一个实行MOOC学分转换政策的国家;澳大利亚(墨尔本大学)MOOC利用的是一流的师资力量,费用仅是传统高等教育课程学习费用的十分之一。而我国MOOC是从2013年建立“学堂在线”开始,我国高校MOOC共享资源方面,实际进展还在逐步推进。文章从实际教学过程中利用MOOC,总结电工电子实验自主学习能力的培养方法与措施。采用以大学生学习为主体的管理模式,建立各类基于MOOC的学习社区与平台,提高大学生电工电子实验的自主学习意识与学习积极性,进而提高创新与独立思辨能力。
This paper describes the development of MOOC in the world. In the United States it is a new type of for-profit higher education which is different from the traditional higher education. Malaysia is the first country in the world to implement the policy of credit conversion for courses. In Australia(University of Melbourne)MOOC utilizes the firstclass teachers and costs only one tenth of the learning costs of traditional higher education courses. In China, MOOC started from the establishment of“School Online”in 2013, and the actual progress in sharing resources of MOOC in Colleges and universities is still advancing step by step. From the actual teaching process, the using of MOOC summarizes the cultivation methods and measures of autonomous learning ability in electrical and electronic experiments. By adopting the management mode of taking college students’learning as the main body, various learning communities and platforms based on MOOC are established to improve the self-learning consciousness, learning enthusiasm and innovation and independent thinking ability of college students in electrotechnics and electronics experiments.
