摘要
组织合法性是企业成长的重要保障。以在欧洲发展的新温商为例,通过对组织合法性的界定和组织合法性相关文献回顾,针对“一带一路”背景下欧洲方向新温商企业组织合法性面临的困境,讨论其破解路径,从5个方面提出了有操作价值的破解路径。既丰富了组织合法性理论,又解决在欧新温商发展中的组织合法性障碍的实际问题,促使新温商在欧洲可持续和健康发展。
Organizational legitimacy is an important guarantee for the growth of enterprises. Taking the European-oriented new thermo-business as an example, through the definition of organizational legitimacy and the review of relevant literature, this paper discusses the solution to the dilemma of the organizational legitimacy of the European-oriented new thermo-business under the background of “Belt and Road” From five aspects, this paper puts forward the cracking path with operational value. It not only enriches the theory of organizational legitimacy, but also solves the practical problems of the obstacles of organizational legitimacy in the development of new temperature business in Europe, and promotes its sustainable and healthy development in Europe.
