逆式组合结构镍钛血管支架的径向支撑性能有限元研究 被引量:5

摘要 径向支撑性能是血管支架设计过程中需要考虑的重要指标之一。本工作通过有限元模拟,探究了M型支架结构参数对两种不同结构支架在工作过程中的径向支撑性能及稳定性的影响,包括支架丝径、主峰高度、头数、主次波峰周向长度比、主次峰高度比。结果显示:两种支架在工作过程中最大主应变出现在主峰弯角处,表明此处为失效危险点;丝径对两种支架径向支撑性能的影响最大,其次为主峰高度,而其他因素影响较小;丝径与头数的增加会降低两种支架在工作过程中支撑性能的稳定性,而其他因素无明显影响;丝径增加时,两种结构的径向支撑性能均会提高;此外,除丝径外的四种因素的数值增加时,顺式结构的径向支撑性能无明显变化而逆式结构的径向支撑性能降低;在各因素作用下,逆式结构支架的径向支撑性能优于顺式结构。 Radial supporting performance is the important indicator that should be taken into account in the design process of vascular stents.In this research,the influence of wire diameter,height of main crest,number of unit,circumferential length ratio,height ratio on radial supporting performance and stability of two different stents during work process was explored through finite element simulation.The results showed that the maximum principle strain appeared at the corner piece of the main crest during work process,indicating that this was the risk point of failure.The wire diameter had the largest influence on radial supporting performance,followed by height of main crest,while other factors had less influence.The increase of wire diameter and number of unit reduced the stability of radial supporting performance during work process,while other factors had no obvious influence.The radial supporting performance of both structures was improved with the wire diameter increasing.And the radial supporting performance of cis-structure was not changed while that of trans-structure was decreased with other four facors increasing.Under the effect of various factors,the radial supporting performance of trans-structure was always superior to that of cis-structure.
