摘要
新一轮的机构改革后,原有的测绘地理信息部门融入到了自然资源管理部门,如何发挥测绘地理信息数据是当前面临的主要问题。本文从地理空间数据如何在自然管理中发挥其作用的角度出发,阐述了地理空间数据客观性、可视化和可对比分析三个特点;从自然资源管理部门职能出发分析了自然资源管理对地理空间数据的需求;介绍了地理实体数据的概念并阐述了地理实体数据如何在自然资源管理中发挥作用。
After a new round of institutional reforms, the original surveying and mapping geographic information department was integrated into the natural resources management department. How to use the surveying and mapping geographic information data is the main problem currently facing. This paper expounds the three characteristics of geospatial data objectivity, visualization and comparable analysis from the perspective of how geospatial data plays its role in natural management. From the function of natural resource management department, it analyzes natural resource management to geospatial data. The need to introduce the concept of geographic entity data and how geographic entity data can play a role in natural resource management.
