知识搜索与创新绩效的关系研究——基于环境战略视角

摘要 知识是企业进行创新的基石,为了生存与发展企业必须源源不断的从外界搜索知识,在当前复杂动荡的经济环境下,使用合适的知识搜索方式获取外部知识对创新绩效有着至关重要的影响。于是文章从环境战略视角出发,认为企业将其资源配置与外部环境的要求相结合时,其创新绩效会显著,于是分别讨论了在需求环境、技术环境及竞争强度不确定的情况下,企业采取的知识搜索策略(广度与深度),以及知识搜索的广度与深度对创新绩效都有正向促进作用。 Knowledge is the cornerstone of enterprise innovation. In order to survive and develop, enterprises must continuously search for knowledge from outside. In the current complex and turbulent economic environment, using appropriate knowledge search methods to obtain external knowledge has a vital impact on innovation performance. From the perspective of environmental strategy coalignment, this paper considers that when enterprises combine their resource allocation with the requirements of external environment, their innovation performance will be remarkable. Therefore, it discusses respectively the knowledge search strategy (breadth and depth) adopted by enterprises under uncertain demand environment, technological environment and competition intensity. The breadth and depth of knowledge search have a positive impact on innovation performance.
