摘要
针对热水锅炉及高温水供热系统停电会产生汽化、水击的问题,分析了停电时水循环遭到破坏后炉水汽化产生的原理和水击对供热系统造成的严重危害。从热水锅炉结构设计和停电时应急操作上考虑停电保护措施,并设计氮气定压系统防止锅炉汽化,确保热水锅炉及供热系统运行时在突然停电的情况下得到可靠安全保护。
In view of the problems of vaporization and water hammer in hot water boiler and high temperature water heating system during power failure,this paper analyzes the principle of boiler water vaporization after water circulation is destroyed during power failure and the serious harm caused by water hammer to heating system.The power failure prevention measures should be considered from the structural design of hot water boiler and the emergency operation during power failure,and the nitrogen gas constant pressure system is designed to prevent boiler vaporization and ensure reliable safety protection in case of sudden power failure when hot water boiler and heating system are running.
