摘要
电能计量技术和管理水平不仅影响电能量结算的准确性及公正性,更关乎整个电力工业的发展,涉及国家、电力企业和广大电力用户的合法权益。电能电表现场校验是保障电能计量准确性的必要技术手段,通过梳理电能表现场校验相关作业规范及作业流程,介绍计量装置常见故障排查。
The technical and management level of electric energy measurement not only affects the accuracy and fairness of electric energy settlement,but also relates to the development of the whole electric power industry,involving the legitimate rights and interests of the state,electric power enterprises and the vast number of electric power users.The on-site checking of electric meter is a necessary technical means to ensure the accuracy of electric energy measurement.This paper elaborates on the related operation specification and process of on-site checking of electric meter and introduces the common troubleshooting of metering devices.
